The rules for playing Deepfront and for buying gems in it.
1. Licence
Deepfront is developed and operated by Goshant Meher, an individual developer (“we”, “us”). We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to install and play Deepfront for as long as the game and this website are available. The licence is not a sale of the game or of anything in it.
2. Gems and purchases
- Gems are bought through Google Play on Android or the App Store on iPhone, which handle the payment.
- Gems, ether and everything obtained with them exist only within the game. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
- If a purchase is refunded or charged back, the gems it granted are removed. How to ask for a refund is in the refund policy.
- Every paid random draw — a buff redraw or a module reroll — shows its odds before you pay. There is no hidden weighting behind them.
3. Changes to the game
Balance and economy values, such as drop rates and difficulty, are delivered by remote configuration rather than built into the app. They can therefore change between one session and the next without an app update. Features and content may also change between updates.
4. No warranty
The game is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that it will always be available, free of errors, or fit for any particular purpose.
